This is a hands-on technical position.
You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting client environments while owning technical projects from planning through completion.
You will work directly with company leadership, participate in technical decisions, and become the primary escalation point for complex issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune deployments
- Manage Windows Server environments
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Perform server migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
- Configure backups and disaster recovery solutions
- Deploy cybersecurity solutions including EDR, email security, MFA and SASE platforms
- Lead new client onboarding projects
- Coordinate project timelines and technical deliverables
- Follow up with clients until projects are fully completed
- Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Mentor junior technicians and become the escalation point for the team
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Microsoft Intune
