Integration Architect / Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect / Scrum Master to join a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative focused on Order Management, Inventory, and API Integrations.
This role combines technical architecture, business process analysis, and Agile leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing integration solutions, working with OMS platforms, and leading Agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver API-based integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum team execution.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution designs.
- Design integration patterns using REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Support order orchestration, inventory synchronization, allocation/routing, dropship, and returns processes.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Coordinate with vendors, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in techno-functional roles delivering OMS and inventory solutions.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Kibo OMS (including DropShip)
- Orderful or similar EDI platforms
- API integrations (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks)
- Event-driven architectures
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
- Pub/Sub
- Cloud Functions and/or Cloud Run
- Cloud Logging & Monitoring
- Strong understanding of:
- Order Management
- Inventory Management
- Order Orchestration
- Allocation & Routing
- Returns Management
- Dropship Processes
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, Swagger/OpenAPI, and data mapping tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in large-scale retail, eCommerce, supply chain, or distribution environments.
- Integration architecture certifications.
- Agile/Scrum certifications.
