Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting: Analyze historical data, seasonality, and market trends to forecast future inventory needs.

Develop assortment analysis and purchase guides going into future buys.

Analyze brand/categories by store to determine best assortment mix based on store profile.

Purchase & Replenishment: Place strategic purchase orders to avoid stockouts and overstocking. Supplier Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage 3PL (third-party logistics) partners, and resolve inbound delivery or shipping issues.

Develop and maintain a replenishment tool and process.

Stock Monitoring: Conduct regular inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and monitor stock-to-sales ratios.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to support promotions, new product launches, and financial audits.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability, proficiency in analyzing large datasets, and expertise with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and advanced spreadsheets.

Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with external suppliers and internal teams.
