We are looking for a skilled and driven SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will play an important role in maintaining essential financial operations and safeguarding the reliability of SAP solutions across complex enterprise landscapes. Partnering with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will deliver top-quality functional support and foster ongoing improvement of financial processes.
Responsibilities

Deliver functional support for SAP FICO processes to keep daily financial operations running smoothly

Investigate and resolve incidents tied to financial and controlling activities while upholding service quality

Collect business requirements from users and convert them into practical SAP solutions

Partner with technical teams to design, deploy, and verify functional enhancements

Perform root cause analysis to detect recurring issues and recommend lasting fixes
-
Support change management efforts and ensure consistency with defined service level agreements

Carry out unit, integration, and regression testing to safeguard solution quality and stability

Work closely with key users, business stakeholders, and cross-module teams to align SAP FICO solutions with operational demands

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by embracing modern tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and service delivery
Requirements
-
A minimum of 2 years of applicable professional experience in functional support and AMS (Application Management Services) operations, with a focus on managing, analyzing, and resolving incidents, requirements, enhancements, and change controls within complex SAP environments

Strong background in financial and controlling processes, including providing Level 2 and 3 support, capturing requirements from business users, performing root cause analysis (RCA), meeting SLA commitments, and preserving the operational continuity of financial processes

Broad functional expertise across SAP FI and CO submodules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury (TR), and Controlling (CO)

Hands-on experience with integrations between SAP modules and external systems to enable seamless data exchange and uninterrupted processes

Capability to prepare functional specifications, coordinate technical development, run unit and integration tests, and take an active role in continuous improvement activities

Solid communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and service-driven attitude, complemented by experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to speed up diagnostics and ticket resolution

Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
