The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our U.S.-based account managers by handling client service requests, scheduling policy review calls, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an on-site role and requires full professional fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening and resolving client questions and concerns.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to existing insurance policies.
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to schedule policy reviews for account managers.
- Identify and document client needs accurately according to agency guidelines and lines of business.
- Support cross-selling and retention efforts through proactive service.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow structured workflows and maintain reliable attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
- MX$25,000 – MX$30,000 pesos per month (total compensation, based on experience)
