Leads the workforce as well as the service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of experience as a supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
English (plus)
Knowledge of manufacturing/Welding processes as a plus
Knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D, DMAIC).

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Analytical skills
Decision-making, negotiation, people-oriented.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respect and comply with safety policies.
Meet safety metrics: 0 accidents, 5 OPSs per week.
Participate in and/or lead safety workshops.
Participate in and/or lead process improvements/workshops/new model phases.
Participate in and/or lead quality problem-solving meetings.
Meet quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tooling, Andon, etc.) and avoid line stoppages; adhere to the production plan.
Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with the safety rules established according to your role.
Complete all planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
Identify and report any issues regarding quality and compliance and support corrective actions.
