Generate new equity derivatives and structured products ideas, based on the BEC, Retail and Private Banking clients’ profiles and needs. Coordinate the structuring of tailor-made transactions for Private Banking clients. Focus on boosting revenues by developing new product proposals - Price the equity and structured products non-CIB clients’ requests, in coordination withthe Global Markets (GM) trading and structuring desks and the non- CIB Products & Segments units unit - Execute the equity derivatives and structured products operations/ transactions, registering them in the BBVA internal applications and/ or coordinating the deal closing with the GM trading and structuring desks - Handle the Multiproduct Specialists ad-hoc equity and structured products requests for BEC clients’ - Elaborate all commercial and marketing documentation to launch new products campaigns for Private Banking and Retail clients, including all pre-trade and post-trade data - Assist in setting the equity derivatives and structured products’ catalogue for non-CIB clients together with the GM structuring team. Coordinate the approval of the products’ catalogue by the non- CIB Products & Segments units - Assist the in handling the Multiproduct Specialists ad-hoc equity and structured products requests for BEC clients - Monitor the Sales Networks Investment Products unit activy, results, pipeline and budget compliance. Coordinate the elaboration of periodic and ad-hoc reports about main activity indicators - Draft and review relevant legal documentation and contracts in collaboration with Legal CIB - Stay abreast of the specific regulation that may affect the equity derivatives and structured products commercialization to the Private Banking and Retail clients. Comply with both internal and external operational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements - Generate recurrent income in order to meet the revenue targets that are set each year in the Sales Networks Investment Products unit and the Internal Network Regional unit overall budget - Assist middle and back office in the transactions’ settlement and in solving all kind of problems and incidences. Monitor the post-trade process, giving feedback to the clients about the status of the operation - Manage the equity & structured products mailbox, attending incidences, technical issues, doubts, etc. requested by the BBVA Commercial Branches Specialist - Report to in-line Manager on a periodic and ad-hoc basis about main unit projects and performance indicators
