As a Supplier Quality Process Specialist, you will:
- Manage corporate administrative functions for all FCA facilities for internal and external NCT/system users (e.g.: user security access)
- Develop and deliver training content to internal and external NCT system users at all levels of management for proper and effective use of the NCT, 3CPR and S2IRIUS systems to ensure alignment with business goals
- Effectively communicate with Sr. Leadership in manufacturing, finance, purchasing, and SQ to ensure the appropriate levels of SCAP approval are effectively maintained for timely approval of supplier responsible incidents
- Identify opportunities to improve NCT, S2IRIUS, and 3CPR system efficiencies and present to leadership for approval
- Use Qlik/Power BI Tools for reporting metrics and ensure they continue to provide accurate and timely information by validating the information before it is published
- Manage and drive the root cause and corrective action process for systemic issues impacting business processes, i.e., NCT/SCAP, S2IRIUS, or 3CPR information systems
- Ensure NCT program compliance in all FCA facilities to established standards and customer requirements
- Complete day to day tasks, i.e., creating email users, giving access to NCT system, as well as, Maintaining internal/external user lists of users able to write/close NCT Tickets, CLSD SCAP approvers, dispute approvers, etc
- If required, reopen NC Tickets that have been closed by an FCA facility
- Manage S2IRIUS system administrative functions to ensure program compliance to established standards and customer requirements, i.e., reviewing S2IRIUS issues to ensure issues are described and assigned correctly
- Develop and deliver training content to S2IRIUS system users, and provide coaching when needed
- Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instructions, etc., in order to direct SQE's to needed information for increased job performance efficiency
- Develop/present recommendations to SQ Leadership for key KPI Goals to improve NCT and S2IRIUS performance
- Formulate and maintain monthly reports that show performance to goal/objectives
- Distribute plant audit schedule and provide corrective action plans for audit findings related to SQA
- Keep management informed of significant issues and actions taken to improve them
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field or a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
- Success working with Power BI, SQL & Palantir
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Processes and IT Systems
