Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented financial professional with advanced, hands-on expertise in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our financial system, ensuring absolute accuracy in data entry, reconciliations, and reporting from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- QuickBooks Management: Execute full-cycle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance directly within QuickBooks.
- Financial Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports utilizing QuickBooks tools.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoicing, bill payments, client billing, and collections workflow inside the platform.
- Data Integrity: Audit and clean up financial data to ensure compliance and readiness for tax filing.
Basic Requirements (Mandatory)
- Software Expertise: Advanced and proven experience operating QuickBooks (a technical proficiency test will be administered).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Language: Advanced english skills.
