The role of Information Security Engineer will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and managing cybersecurity related events and incidents. As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for security operations, using and managing security systems, identifying and managing risks and threats, and developing and following operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cyber security risks and threats, incident handling, and will possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Manage and participate in computer security incident response activities and the technical investigations of security-related incidents

Identify security vulnerabilities, perform solution security reviews and risk assessments, and partner with colleagues to respond to incidents and remediate system vulnerabilities.

Review, analyze, and correlate security logs.

Identify ways to improve SecOps efficiency.

Strong knowledge of cloud security and support for AWS, OCI, and Azure.

Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures.

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a related field.

Experience working in a Security Operations team within a global enterprise.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks, threats, and security best practices.

Experience leading technology implementations and cybersecurity-related projects.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or VBScript is a plus.

Professional cybersecurity certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CySA+, CEH, GPEN, CIHE, Microsoft MS-500, AZ-500, AWS, OCI, Azure Security).

AI security training or certifications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, Claude, or similar) are a plus.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
