We are hiring Senior Accountants based in Mexico who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — supporting close cycles, financial reporting, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, supporting and owning key aspects of the month-end close and ensuring reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies.

What You Will Own
- Support and manage month-end close under US GAAP
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
- Collaborate with accounting team members and stakeholders
- Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs
- Strengthen reporting frameworks and internal controls
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
- Strong experience with close cycles and financial reporting
- Experience working with US-based stakeholders is a plus
- Solid general ledger (GL) and reconciliation expertise
- ERP exposure — NetSuite preferred; SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks also valued
- Advanced English communication — written and verbal
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or intercompany accounting a plus
- Background in Big 4, mid-size CPA firms, or multinational companies preferred
