Responsibilities
- Manage materials flow and ensure availability to maintain operational continuity.
- Execute tactical procurement, inventory control, and monitor supply chain performance.
- Support all departments with material requisitions, coordinating supplier payment schedules to strengthen relationships and ensure efficiency.
- Control and follow up on invoices until proper payment and maintain supplier files and records.
- Participate in the supplier management system, including creation, approval, and maintenance of supplier data files.
- Conduct supplier reviews and performance evaluations, providing insights for dynamic supplier management.
- Drive the development of new suppliers and coordinate the return of non-conforming materials.
?? Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduate in Administration, Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher (preferred).
