Responsible for leading maintenance activities related to the repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and production systems. This role provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, coordinates maintenance priorities, and ensures equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production and operational goals.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
- Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
- Review maintenance procedures and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation within CMMS systems.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to minimize downtime and improve performance.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Technical degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or coordinating maintenance activities.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience using CMMS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
