We're looking for a Commercial Director to join our high-performing team in Mexico City, a leader with a passion for building relationships, creating value, and unlocking growth opportunities through digital innovation.
You will:
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico, in alignment with PALO IT's global vision.
- Drive new business acquisition and client retention across industries such as fintech, retail, healthtech, manufacturing, and more.
- Engage C-level stakeholders and identify their key challenges to co-create tailored solutions leveraging our digital, agile, and sustainability expertise.
- Collaborate with delivery and innovation teams to co-construct offers that are both visionary and feasible.
- Represent PALO IT at high-level forums, industry events, and in front of strategic clients as a brand ambassador.
- Own the full sales cycle: from opportunity discovery and deal qualification, to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Be a mentor and motivator for the commercial team, continuously nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship and impact.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales within IT services, digital transformation, innovation, or tech consulting.
- Proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals and navigating long sales cycles.
- Strong network of decision-makers and key stakeholders across Mexican and Latin American enterprise clients.
- Business-savvy and technically fluent in cloud, agile, devops, software development, and emerging tech.
- Skilled in solution-selling: able to translate business challenges into co-created digital strategies.
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong communicator, natural negotiator, and cross-cultural collaborator.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Mexico City or willing to travel for client engagements and events.
