Ansell is looking Order Management Analyst (temporary position) to join our team in Mexico!
In this temporary position you will play a vital role ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment, while delivering exceptional customer support. This role manages and analyzes customer orders received through multiple channels (EDI, email, fax, and other platforms) and works closely with cross-functional teams - including Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Distribution Centers - to ensure a seamless order lifecycle and an outstanding customer experience.

What your role will be?
Manage the full order lifecycle for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
Process and monitor customer orders across multiple channels, including EDI, OCR, and other order entry platforms, resolving discrepancies and exceptions as needed.
Analyze order-related issues, identify root causes, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Track open and drop-ship orders, provide delivery updates, and coordinate expediting efforts to meet customer requirements.
Monitor open, aged, and exception orders, updating or canceling order lines as appropriate.
Partner with Customer Service and Customer Success teams to address inquiries, order changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
Coordinate and secure shipment documentation for drop-ship orders, including certificates of origin, packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices.
Maintain customer master data and cross-reference tables to ensure data accuracy.
Manage EDI transactions, troubleshoot system errors, and ensure seamless order flow across platforms such as Oracle, SFDC, OCR, Webstore, and EDI systems.
Review and resolve order holds related to credit, inventory, pricing, and delivery dates.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies to ensure invoice accuracy and prevent payment issues.
Support additional operational and customer service activities as required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Education
Job Experience
3+ years order entry experience.
Oracle experience preferred.
Salesforce or CRM experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Medium to advanced Excel knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills
