We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and play a key role in helping homeowners access affordable solar energy solutions.
What You'll Do
- Create customized solar proposals for residential customers.
- Design solar systems using Aurora Solar.
- Complete and manage financing applications through U.S. banking and lender portals.
- Track approvals and financing status updates.
- Review customer documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Manage opportunities and customer information through HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to help drive project success.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – Required.
- Must currently reside in Mexico City.
- Experience in financing, banking, mortgage processing, customer support, administration, or similar fields.
- Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
- Experience using Aurora Solar is highly desirable.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $15,000 MXN net per month.
- Performance Bonus: $500 MXN for every project sold after successfully completing the 3-month probation period.
- 100% Remote Position.
