Revenue & Distribution Manager (OTA / PMS)
We are seeking an experienced Revenue & Distribution Manager to join our hospitality team. This role will be based in our Mexico City office and will remotely manage the revenue, pricing, distribution, and online presence of our boutique hotel in New York.

Responsibilities
- Manage all OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo, and other distribution channels.
- Maintain and optimize hotel listings, descriptions, photos, amenities, and policies.
- Manage the PMS and Channel Manager to ensure accurate inventory across all booking channels.
- Adjust room rates daily based on demand, occupancy, local events, holidays, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor pricing and implement dynamic pricing strategies.
- Manage room availability, restrictions, minimum-night stays, and promotional offers.
- Maximize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR.
- Prevent overbookings and maintain rate parity across all channels.
- Generate revenue reports and provide recommendations to improve hotel performance.
- Work closely with the reservations, housekeeping, and operations teams to optimize guest experience and profitability.
Requirements
- Experience in hotel revenue management or OTA distribution.
- Hands on experience with PMS systems and Channel Managers.
- Strong knowledge of Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo, and hotel distribution platforms.
- Experience with dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Hospitality industry experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with independent hotels or boutique hotels.
- Familiarity with Cloudbeds, Mews, Guesty, Stayntouch, Opera, or similar PMS platforms.
- Experience launching and optimizing new hotel listings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
