Responsibilities – Production Supervisor
- Control our production operations. You will ensure that manufacturing follows a smooth, efficient, and quality-driven process by supervising employees and organizing workflows.

Propose and execute the production schedule according to the required delivery plan.

Enforce and ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety procedures.

Provide the required number of personnel and resources to meet product specifications.

Document and review inventory along with production records.

Enforce and supervise safety measures.

Oversee the production process from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain a healthy working relationship among staff members.

Quickly identify and investigate operational or manufacturing issues and recommend effective action plans.

Provide training to the Production team.
