Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring within BPO environments. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, primarily within BPO/operations environments.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs.

Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.

Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and offer acceptance rates.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications & Experience-
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills-
Experience recruiting for customer service, technical support, or operations roles.

High adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet hiring targets.

Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
