Location : Remote, LATAM
Engagement Type : Full-Time (6-month project)
The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Own end-to-end design across booking, checkout, cancellations, alterations, and post-purchase experiences.
- Simplify high-stakes transactional journeys, bringing clarity, trust, and confidence to complex financial, policy, and user flows.
- Lead complex initiatives across checkout simplification, policy merchandising, and scalable flows for users changing existing transactions or reservations.
- Design cohesive experiences across products, services, platforms, and devices while maintaining an exceptional bar for visual and interaction craft.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Writing from early problem definition through execution and launch.
- Navigate ambiguity autonomously, set clear design vision, and influence leadership and cross-functional decisions through strong storytelling.
- Use AI-powered prototyping to accelerate exploration while providing indirect design leadership, mentorship, and thoughtful project scoping across teams.
Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 7+ years of product or experience design experience with Staff or Lead-level scope and ownership.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, demonstrated through a highly refined portfolio.
- Experience designing complex consumer-facing and transactional experiences and simplifying financial or policy-heavy information.
- Strong systems thinking and experience designing scalable, cross-platform product experiences.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly build context, and autonomously set vision and strategy for large-scale or global products.
- Experience owning 0-to-1 products or major redesigns and defining design direction for others.
- Sophisticated AI prototyping experience, combined with strong storytelling, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
