At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Recruitment Operation Specialist who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re skilled in recruitment administration, working with ATS, candidate screening, Excel/AI experience, and stakeholder coordination, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
In this role, you'll support high-volume recruitment activities, manage ATS processes, screen applications, coordinate hiring events, and leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency. We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, while collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and operational stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Apply your recruitment operations and ATS expertise to support efficient hiring processes and candidate management.
- Use your candidate screening and administrative skills to review applications, assess qualifications, and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and operational stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Contribute to high-volume hiring initiatives and hiring events by leveraging your organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes and reporting through your strengths in Excel, AI tools, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and recruitment administration.
- Strength in stakeholder management, organization, and communication.
- Familiarity with ATS, Excel, and recruitment technologies, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify solutions.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and figure things out independently.
- Confidence in building relationships across teams, with an outgoing and personable approach.
- Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools.
- Experience coordinating hiring events and recruitment projects.
- Comfortable working in a less structured environment and adapting to changing priorities.
