About the Role
We are hiring a Corporate Recruiter with strong HR and organizational capabilities to support our growing team. While recruiting remains an important function, this role is equally focused on building structure, organization, and consistency across people operations.
You will work closely with leadership to support hiring needs while also helping establish and maintain core HR processes, employee records, and internal systems across our construction, roofing, manufacturing, and insulation operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands recruiting and enjoys creating order, documentation, and scalable people processes.
Industry Experience We Value
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in at least one of the following:
- Construction
- Roofing
- Manufacturing
- Insulation
Industry familiarity is important, but organizational and HR strength is critical for this role.

Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Function)
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment as needed (sourcing → screening → coordination)
- Support hiring managers with candidate screening and interview coordination
- Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and records
HR & People Operations (Secondary Focus)
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Organize and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help build and document HR SOPs, policies, and internal processes
- Track employee data, attendance, status changes, and role history
- Support leadership with HR-related reporting and organization
- Ensure consistency and structure across people-related workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, roofing, or insulation is a major plus
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working remotely with time tracking (Hubstaff)
- High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
