We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in freight forwarding and logistics. This role is focused on business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure service quality
- Provide customized solutions based on international shipping and logistics requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, agents, and overseas partners for shipments (air, sea, and land)
- Manage key accounts, including international clients (Asia market preferred)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports and quotations
- Share market insights and customer feedback with management
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, International Business, Sales, or related field
- Advanced English (required) | Spanish is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours when required
