The American School Foundation (ASF) is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and versatile professional for the hybrid role of Graphic Design and Data Management Specialist. In this position, you will be the key player responsible for bringing fundraising and communication campaigns to life visually for the Institutional Development area, while simultaneously ensuring the control, quality, and optimization of our database within our CRM (Salesforce).
Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making, donor stewardship, and the overall success of the school's major institutional events.
Material Creation: Design high-quality print and digital materials for institutional campaigns, special events, fundraising initiatives, and social media channels.
Communication Support: Develop executive presentations, infographics, visual reports, brochures, invitations, and advertisements to serve as assets for the school's global Communications team.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with ASF's visual identity and brand guidelines across all produced collateral.
Production & Archiving: Coordinate with external vendors for the timely production and delivery of physical materials, and maintain a well-organized, backed-up digital archive of all design assets.
CRM Administration: Manage, update, and maintain the integrity of the institutional database (Salesforce or other internal CRM systems).
Supervision & Data Quality: Monitor, clean, and validate information entered by team members regarding donors, volunteers, strategic partners, and beneficiaries.
Digital Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential donors using LinkedIn and other institutional prospecting tools.
Segmentation & Reporting: Segment databases to optimize the reach of communication and fundraising campaigns, and generate data reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support departmental decision-making.
Data Privacy: Guarantee compliance with institutional privacy policies, ensuring that all stored information is handled under strict confidentiality standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience performing similar functions (combining design and/or database management).
Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required).
Data Tools: Solid experience handling CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or other advanced data management systems.
Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically intermediate Excel for data manipulation) and Google Workspace.
Language: English language proficiency is mandatory (ability to comprehend and communicate effectively (oral and written) within an international, multicultural environment).
