The production supervisor will oversee our production operations, guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast paced environment like production. The production supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process
Responsabilities:
- Set SQDCP daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Coordinate and control the production process with CFT to meet the planned target.
- Coordinate the production plan with the areas as needed such as equipment, manpower and installations according with the company plans.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Submit and elaborate reports on performance and progress that can assure correct materials, parts and finish goods product inventory.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Report needed headcount for production line and work with HR managing DL and IDL employees
Requirements:
- +3 year’s experience with electronic or automotive industries experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
