Ensure efficient control and registration of warehouse material entries and exits. Ensure correct product disposal and conservation.
Responsibilities:
- Supply raw materials to customers ensuring delivery times and quality
- Receive and register materials with meticulous inventory verification
- Control warehouse exits and material transfers between locations
- Conduct monthly and annual physical inventories
- Identify low stock levels and alert management for replenishment
- Organize and arrange received merchandise, maintain warehouse order
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safe work environment
- Receive, unload and arrange chemical product bags (25kg, 30kg)
- Use forklifts for unloading or manual pallet assembly
- Prepare orders per picking list and customer specifications
- Load 1.5-3.5 ton units to company operators and customers
- Unload liquid chemical product units
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in pharmaceutical or hazardous materials industries
- Completed secondary education or equivalent
- Inventory and materials management knowledge
- Basic Excel and information systems
- Forklift and hydraulic jack operation (basic)
- Chemical industry product knowledge
- Effective communication
