Coordinate and document the resolution of internal and customer-reported issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5W, etc.), ensuring timely and effective communication.
Monitor the implementation of corrective, preventive, and containment actions, verifying their execution, documentation, effectiveness, and escalating deviations when necessary.
Manage and maintain customer portals and systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements related to complaints, corrective actions, and new projects.
Actively participate in new product development and launch activities (APQP), coordinating all quality-related tasks and ensuring PFMEA, Control Plans, and IMDS documentation are kept current.
Review and update PFMEA and Control Plans regularly to reduce risks, drive improvements, and report results to management.
Conduct audits to verify compliance with Control Plans and Quality Management System requirements.
Oversee GP12, Containment, CARE, and SLP activities, analyzing results and coordinating rapid response actions to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Support the Quality Manager in the administration of quality-related activities and assume assigned responsibilities when required.
Stop production or processes that do not meet quality requirements, leading cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and eliminating root causes of nonconformities.
Evaluate and determine the acceptance or rejection of materials and products based on data analysis, risk assessment, customer requirements, and potential impact on product functionality.
