1.Responsible for the company's overall financial accounting and management, ensuring that accounting procedures comply with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and international standards required by headquarters (such as IFRS or US GAAP).
2.Establish and improve a local financial management system, internal control processes, and authorization system in Mexico to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and headquarters control requirements.
3.Responsible for organizing the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
4.Responsible for all aspects of local tax compliance in Mexico, including but not limited to the calculation, declaration, and payment of Value Added Tax (IVA), Income Tax (ISR), Profit Sharing Tax (PTU), Payroll Tax, and various local taxes.
5.Familiar with Mexican tax audit procedures, responsible for handling inquiries and audits from the tax authorities, and effectively mitigating tax risks.
Conduct reasonable tax planning based on local policies to optimize tax burden.
6.Leading liaison with local external auditing firms (Sociedad de Auditoría), responsible for annual audits, statutory audits, and special audits; responding to audit inquiries; and ensuring audit reports are issued on time.
Maintaining good relationships with the tax authorities (SAT), customs, and other government agencies.
7.Build and manage a local finance team, assign and guide tasks, and enhance the team's professional capabilities.

Candidates Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields from a full-time university.
2.Candidates holding a Mexican Certified Public Accountant (CPC) qualification or relevant international certifications (such as CPA, ACCA).
3.Experience about 5-10 years of finance-related work experience, including at least 2-3 years of local financial management experience in Mexico.
4.Preferably has experience working in the Big Four accounting firms or well-known local Mexican accounting firms (Auditoría), and is familiar with auditing processes and response methods.
5.Proficient in Mexican tax practices, capable of independently handling complex tax declarations and audit responses.
6.Candidates with experience in financial management in manufacturing, international trade, or overseas branches of group companies will be given priority.
7.Familiar with the Mexican tax system (such as SAT's Contabilidad Electrónica, i.e., electronic accounting) and invoice management (CFDI, i.e., electronic tax invoices).
8.Proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, Contpaqi, etc.) and advanced office software.
9.Possess good English communication skills
10.Priority will be given to candidates with management experience in Chinese-funded enterprises or other foreign-funded enterprises.
