Objective
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Heat Treatment area, supporting engineering projects that contribute to operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate improvement activities, analyze processes using quantitative methods, and support decision-making through data analysis. Develop technical and professional skills while contributing to projects that create value for the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement projects in the Heat Treatment area.
Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
Apply quantitative methods and linear programming techniques to support engineering analysis and process optimization.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Monitor project progress and provide follow-up on action plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation and project records.
Build strong relationships with internal customers to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements
Education required: Active college student with at least one-year left before graduation.
Careers: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering
Desirable knowledge: Linear Programming, Quantitative Methods, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel.
Currently residing in Nuevo León, Mexico (mandatory).
