The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator based in Mexico City.
They will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a particular focus on the state of Sinaloa, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers.
Role tasks and responsibilities
- GPS tracking and traveler check-ins during transfers.
- Support the preparation of reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.
- Send real-time information and alerts to users while they are en route.
- Assist in developing standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers.
- Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers.
