Position Description:
- We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Human Resources team as an HR Associate.
- This role requires an HR professional with a strong continuous improvement mindset, focusing on enhancing and streamlining existing HR processes.
- You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You will implement and enforce HR policies to meet compliance standards and facilitate a professional, results-driven work environment.
- 100% Remote
HRA Duties
- HR Operations: Full management of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws.
- Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies, propose, and implement process improvements across HR functions to optimize workflow.
- Training & Development: Facilitate employee training programs, equipping our team with essential skills and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Employee Communications: Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, and manage internal HR communications with discretion.
- Onboarding & Offboarding for new hires and departing employees.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate travel and scheduling for employees as needed.
Location
- 100% work from home (remote)
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Standard Time, Saturday as needed
Required:
- 18-month minimum commitment required
- MUST reside in the central time zone or a similar time zone
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and adept at adapting quickly to new tools.
- Problem-Solver: Solutions-focused, autonomous, and resilient under pressure.
- Analytical Skills: High IQ, logical thinker, strong analytical ability, quick to learn, and articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
