Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Administration Engineer)
-At least 4 years in similar position in automotive industry Professional -knowledge and skills: Problem solving tools, core tools, PPAP, Norma IATF, VDA 6.3, Specific customer requirements
Tasks/responsability:
- Check every day customer portal or customer email
- Communicate to people involve in case of quality alert
- Coordinate parts review with customer and containment on site
- Coordinate internal containment and provide information and rejected parts for analysis to the team involved
- Monitor PPMs, Complaint cost, and defect records for analysis
- Present KPIs in weekly basis. And potential failures
- Owner of Score card from the customer
- Monitor and owner of external cost( CONQ)
- Visit to customer. (Follow open topics and agreements)
- Coordinate analysis of customer complaints with Fast response tool
- Coordinate activities to reduce GP12 escapes
- Escalation for customer topics to the plant
- Series project. / Engineering change validation with customer/ functional trials
