Position Description:
- 100% Remote
- We are a growing healthcare organization seeking mainly Medical Doctors interested in transitioning into administrative roles as Medical Receptionists.
- As a Remote Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Your responsibilities will include scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative support, all conducted from the comfort of your home.
- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer/return patient inquiries via phone or online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
- Handling/obtaining referrals, calling patients to inform of referral, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with insurance verifications and billing inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using medical software systems.
- Accurately manage and update electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Comprehensive training provided
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm CT

Requirements:
- 18-month minimum commitment required
- Must be in the US Central Time Zone
- English and Spanish fluency required
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charismatic
- Excellent phone skills
- Tech savviness - Experience with EMR systems and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
