Overview
We are looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager with real hands on experience managing and scaling multiple accounts. This is not a junior role and not a training position. You must already know how to run profitable Google Ads campaigns and confidently communicate with clients.
You will be responsible for managing and scaling 15 to 25 active accounts across service based businesses. You will work closely with our internal team while owning strategy performance and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts end to end
- Scale accounts profitably based on performance data
- Build and adjust search campaigns keywords ads and bidding strategies
- Review conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis and optimization
- Communicate strategy results and next steps with clients
- Lead client calls with confidence and clarity
- Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages CRO and tracking
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities
- Maintain organized reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads at a senior level
- Experience scaling multiple accounts at the same time
- Strong understanding of Google Ads search campaigns
- Comfortable managing 15 to 25 accounts
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident leading client facing calls
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently without hand holding
- Organized detail oriented and reliable
- Experience with service based or local businesses is a plus
