Your Job
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead warehouse operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow across the facility. You will drive operational excellence, support production requirements, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
Our Team
You will be part of the Materials organization, working closely with Production, Planning, Shipping, Distribution, Inventory Control, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Customs, and Customer Service teams. You will lead warehouse personnel and play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do

Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, put-away, distribution, and inventory management.

Develop and monitor KPIs to improve warehouse efficiency and material flow.

Ensure on-time material delivery to production through Kanban, two-bin systems, reorder point management, and other internal logistics strategies.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, transaction controls, and process discipline.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean, 5S, EHS, and Quality.

Manage warehouse resources, equipment, scanners, docks, ramps, and preventive maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with company processes, work instructions, audits, and operational standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve material and supply chain issues affecting production.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Previous experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and reporting analysis.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Visual Management, and quality systems.

English proficiency at an intermediate-advanced level.
What Will Put You Ahead

Engineering degree.

Experience in Production Control, Planning, or Materials Management.

Proven ability to improve warehouse performance through metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.

Strong background in inventory accuracy, internal logistics, and warehouse optimization.
