The Warehouse Manager will oversee shipping associates, optimize order fulfillment processes, and ensure the successful achievement of corporate and departmental shipping goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Supervise shipping associates and allocate resources efficiently to meet demand.
· Identify and seize opportunities within the order fulfillment process to enhance throughput, minimize costs, reduce delivery times, and boost customer satisfaction.
· Manage Warehouse Management System data to ensure accuracy, optimize storage capacity, and enhance handling efficiency.
· Maintain all shipping-related data necessary for smooth domestic and international shipping operations.
· Achieve corporate and departmental goals and objectives related to shipping and order fulfillment.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Strong understanding of shipping-related processes.

Education/Experience:
· Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry packages, potentially up to a specified weight limit.
· Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
· Operation of material handling equipment (forklifts).
