Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR Specialist) to join our team in Lerma, Estado de México. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong follow-up skills and experience managing customer portfolios, payment reconciliation, and collections processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records while collaborating closely with internal departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and recover customer accounts receivable portfolio.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and overdue accounts.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer account issues and payment incidents.
Prepare and present AR reports, aging reports, and key performance indicators.
Maintain proper documentation and tracking of collection activities.
Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with clients regarding pending payments.
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections roles.
Experience managing customer portfolios and payment follow-up processes.
Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and accounts receivable procedures.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
Intermediate English level (approximately 70% conversational and written).
Availability to work full-time onsite in Lerma, Estado de México.
Availability to support critical collection situations or month-end closing activities outside regular business hours when necessary.

Candidate Profile
