We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and solid payroll experience to support accurate payroll execution in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple payroll calendars and stakeholders while ensuring an efficient and error-free operation.Key Responsibilities: Support payroll processing for different entities and pay frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) Execute full payroll cycle activities (pre-payroll validations, post-payroll tasks, reporting) Validate payroll incidents, employee movements, and system exceptions Analyze payroll data to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities Manage hires, terminations, rehires, and employee changes ensuring proper documentation Support off-cycle payments, adjustments, retroactive payments, and special transactions Generate reports and support internal audits, controls, and compliance requirements Follow up on payroll inquiries in coordination with HR and Finance Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulationsWhat we are looking for: 3–5 years of experience in payroll-related roles (Payroll Analyst, Payroll Specialist, HR Ops, etc.) Experience in multi-entity, multi-calendar and/or high-volume payroll environments Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindsetTechnical Requirements: Experience with payroll / HRIS systems (Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar) Intermediate-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations) Integrations and file upload experience is a plus Mandatory: Advanced English (100% conversational – role fully conducted in English)If you’re interested or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to send me a message or apply directly.
