Position Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager with comprehensive experience managing talent processes within fast-paced manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing key HR functions with a strong sense of urgency, an operational mindset, and a business-oriented perspective.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on the plant floor, understand the pace and demands of manufacturing operations, and bring structure, organization, and follow-through to Human Resources processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department within a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, internal regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the following processes:
- Recruitment and selection of hourly and salaried personnel
- Payroll administration and employee-related incidents/transactions
- Training, onboarding, and development programs
- Maintain close collaboration with operational departments to provide timely support for workforce needs.
- Monitor and track HR metrics to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
- Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support internal management and decision-making.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with labor and Human Resources requirements.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Labor relations
- Payroll administration
- Hiring and onboarding processes
- Training and organizational development
- Experience with HR systems and administrative management tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including database management, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI to organize, analyze, and present HR information.
