Responsibilities

Develop and implement dependable backend architectures and services

Partner with the team to deliver efficient and reliable software products

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain strong coding standards

Tune performance and resolve technical problems as they surface

Integrate external APIs and services aligned to project needs

Maintain and update technical documentation for both new and existing features

Advocate for best practices across the development process

Help improve team workflows and strengthen technical expertise over time
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development

Advanced proficiency in Python for developing and supporting applications

Practical experience with ReactJS for UI development and backend integration

Practical knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud deployment and application management

Strong foundation in database architecture, administration, and optimization
-
Proficiency with Git for versioning and collaborative development
-
Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
-
Understanding of Python web server setup and deployment
-
Knowledge of security principles and applying them in software projects

Hands-on experience implementing user authentication and authorization
-
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
