Perform essential duties that assist management in executing the operational plan.
Regularization and reconciliation of accounting records, especially those related to tax determination (VAT, income tax, and other applicable levies).
Review and verification of accounting entries, ensuring the correct classification, documentation, and support of transactions.
Support in the analysis of accounts payable and accounts receivable, identifying discrepancies and proposing adjustments.
Preparation and updating of basic financial reports to support the department (expenses, provisions, accounting entries, etc.).
Support in internal and external audits, gathering necessary information and documentation.
Control and filing of accounting and tax documentation, maintaining order and regulatory compliance.
Participation in administrative and operational activities of the Finance department as required.
Student pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience (Desirable)
Intermediate or advanced English (Desirable)
Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office
SAP (Desirable)
