Especialista en Adopción y Capacitación de Inteligencia Artificial (IA)
Escolaridad: Ingeniería, licenciatura y/o nivel técnico en sistema computacionales, Informática o afín
Experiencia requerida
3+ años capacitando usuarios o equipos en herramientas tecnológicas.
Experiencia práctica con herramientas de IA Generativa como ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini o similares.
Experiencia impartiendo talleres, capacitaciones o acompañamiento a usuarios de distintos niveles.
IA Generativa y Prompt Engineering.
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini y herramientas similares.
Automatización de procesos (deseable).
Productividad digital y transformación tecnológica.
Deseable experiencia en transformación digital o gestión del cambio.
Ingles – Intermedio - Avanzado
Responsabilidades:
Capacitar a colaboradores en el uso efectivo de herramientas de IA (Desarrolladores, testers, BA, Project Manager, etc)
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos.
Diseñar materiales, guías y mejores prácticas para el uso de IA.
Brindar soporte y acompañamiento a usuarios durante la adopción de nuevas herramientas.
Promover el uso responsable y seguro de la Inteligencia Artificial dentro de la organización.

Orientación al servicio y al usuario.
Facilidad para explicar conceptos técnicos de manera sencilla.
