At least three years of experience in investment operations or a closely related financial services environment, such as asset management, pensions, fiduciary or trust services, fund administration, custody, or banking.
Undergraduate degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Accounting or a related field. A law degree or other relevant legal background is preferred.
Experience preparing, reviewing, coordinating, or executing investment agreements, financial contracts, legal documentation, or onboarding documentation. Candidates without formal legal background should demonstrate good proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Understanding financial contracts, legal terminology, and investment fund structures.
Project management or project coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned processes, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Investment manager onboarding, institutional investments, pension fund operations, or investment consulting.
Agreement preparation, document review, or legal documentation within a fiduciary, trust fund, or pension fund environment.
