You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Developing interior layout solutions for workplace environments, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements

Creating accurate design deliverables and documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
-
Applying design insights to select appropriate products, materials, and applications based on functionality, aesthetics, and budget

Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, sales partners, and other internal stakeholders to support project execution

Managing project tasks and timelines to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment

Supporting client interactions by contributing to a seamless and positive design experience
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
-
1–2 years of experience in interior design or a related design role
-
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Ability to produce accurate, high-quality design work with strong attention to detail
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
-
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience developing interior layouts for office or workplace environments

Knowledge of CET or similar design configuration tools

Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving project requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach
