What You’ll Do:

You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.

Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.

Support the campaign to increase its clientele through inbound calls.

Use technological platforms to provide the best support.
What We’re Looking For:

Passion for customer service

Preferably experience in a call center
-
90% proficiency in written and spoken English

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

Shift availability
What We Offer:

$13,500 pesos per month (gross salary) + bonuses.

Training schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

After training, the campaign will determine the schedule.
