Experience:

1 - 2 years’ experience in a Tier II customer facing technical support position.

Skills:

Knowledge in TCP / IP networks

Knowledge of technologies such as operating systems SQL, Unix, Linux, Windows, Cloud azure – familiar not expert

Any programming experience, Front end JavaScript is a plus
-
Fluent English required

Azure Cloud Services Cloud Testing, Cloud-Windows Azure, PaaS, Cloud Computing is a plus

Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment.
