ScaleWise is a nearshore talent and delivery partner connecting skilled professionals in Mexico with US-based technology companies. We currently support the delivery team of a fast-growing SaaS company in the project and portfolio management space, helping their enterprise clients implement and adopt their platform successfully. This position is based at our ScaleWise office in Tijuana, working closely with a distributed delivery team across North America.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship through the full project lifecycle
- Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Lead business strategy workshops and translate findings into actionable roadmaps
- Monitor scope and budget, manage change requests, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Facilitate requirements gathering and sprint grooming alongside the Solution Consultant
- Produce and deliver status reporting, tracking risks and resolving delays
- Work jointly with Solution Consultants on solution design, bringing enough technical fluency to ask the right questions during discovery, not just track tasks
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance throughout delivery.
