Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote position based in Mexico, working with a U.S.-based company with operations in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proven ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships. This role offers a base salary of $1,000 USD per month + commission, with payments made directly in USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups in English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
