EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Educational Requirements for an English Teacher:
- Bachelor’s Degree (in Education, English, or a related field)
- Teacher Certification or Pedagogical Training
- English language certification (e.g., Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS)
REQUIRED ENGLISH LEVEL: C1 or C2 (Advanced to Proficient level)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching and managing teenager groups (junior high and/or high school)
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong literature knowledge
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Genuine interest in working with teenagers
- Responsibility and empathy
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
