We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our team as an Order Entry Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams by ensuring accurate and timely order processing, while delivering an excellent experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Receives, enters, and verifies orders from end user customers, manufacturer´s reps, authorized distributors and / or direct sales personnel. Process EDI orders.

Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.

Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.

Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.

Responds to inquiries regarding entered data, and make changed when needed.

Provides order status, including tracking, proof of delivery, and expedites.

Serve as a back-up for the Customer Service Team by communicating with customers by phone or e-mail.

Provides assistance to the Customer Service and Inside Sales Department as needed.

Assist with environmental regulations inquiries and customer documentation (there may be multiple employees in the same role, not applicable to all).
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience using SAP.
